The artist has been concerned about the primitive worship—Shaman —of Northeast Asia and the cold zone in the past years. In the ancient religious rituals, in order to become the real Shaman must after many hardships and experience, in order to truly become proficient in a race or tribe, and the spiritual leader. Because of the latitude and climate, to become a Shaman there is a very important ceremony which a man must chisel out seven ice hole on the open ice, each hole in the ice between a distance of one meter, to become a shaman to from the first hole drill into, by drilled a hole in the ice, peeped out, ventilation, and then dive into the water, and so on, until the seventh hole out of the water, to complete the ritual, because the temperature at minus 20-30 degrees, a lot of people withstand such a low temperature freezing and give up to become a Shaman.

This work come out from this inspiration. In the extreme cold and heavy high temperature the two extreme physical condition to trials of human body can withstand the extreme experience, thus creating a strong will and great personality. In the same way, the spiritual world and the generation of high intelligence, also need this kind of extreme, abnormal physical state to be able to transcend the limitations of the secular life.
